Yeah, I read some pretty funny stuff on these boards sometimes. That's probably one of the funniest yet.

😆 😆 😆

Bulls - 3
Heat- 0 w00t

Yeah I know, what a pathetic performance by the defending chumps, err... I mean champs. Pretty reminiscent of that 1st game of the season, remember the one certain people felt was meaningless.

Detroit Baby!! 😱

Well, even though its all but edged in stone, that Miami series still isn't over, plus the Suns, and Mavs all had pour starts to the season as well, and there both just fine, well the Mavs could be better, but I think they'll pull it together. I called that the Mavs series would go 6, let's see if it happens.

I feel bad for Dirk and company, but I want to see a lot of upsets this year. I'm tired of seeing the same teams dominate the playoffs.

On a side note, it's a shame as NBA fans we didn't get a chance to see a healthy Wizards team in that Cavs-Wizards series 🙁 , would've been a great series me thinks.

You are not allowed to use my version of telling the score of the series with the w00t at the end unless you plan on paying me.

Anyway, once I found out the Heat were playing the Bulls, I figured we'd lose because before the season started I picked the Bulls to win it all(or to make the Finals or something like that). If we were playing the Cavs I think we deff. would have won.

The series should be 2-1 though, but we shot 40% from the damn free-throw line.... and still almost won which is amazing. And also, it took Wade 2 games to realize he's 100% again, or at least close to it, and it costed us.

Of course, there's still a chance the Heat pull a Red Sox.

But they won't. 🙂

S.A won, they win game 4, and I don't see it going past 5. I never really thought Anthony was a dirty play, but damn, watching him play in game 3, he is one dirty cheapshot mofo. I caught him more than once cheapshotting, and smacking Spurs players in the back of the head going for looseballs, what a deushce.

I agree, does anyone know what Butler, Gilberts injuries are, is it a dislocated knee for Arenas? I'm not questioned there toughness or anything, but I remembered when A.I and the sixers made a run, and that playoff year A.I was banged up the whole postseason, broken fingers, dislocated shoulder, swallowing his blood to stay on the court. You would have to have shot him to stop him from playing, and even that might not have done the trick

Arenas had knee surgery I think.

I've seen Carmelo being an ass many times before, it's nothing new.

Arenas is out because of a torn meniscus in his left knee, and he is rehabing. He won't be available until their "next series," but I think the Cavs will sweep them.

Butler fractured his right index finger, and he also can't comeback during this series.

It's too late, DC is done.

Hopefully the Lakers can win tomorrow and tie the series up.

Boy the Rockets are really stinkin up the joint. They've been really pathetic these past 2 games, they couldn't even score in a Brothel with hundred dollar bills taped to their jerseys the way they're playing right now.

Btw, is it just me or does the name Luther Head give anyone else a chuckle?

Notice how I didn't even quote you. Guilty conscience perhaps?

Now you might have a better understanding and appreciation of the significance of that early season game.

Orlando 🙁

LOL I never really thought they stood a chance.

Neither did I, but I hate the Pistons and JJ Reddick plays for Orlando and I am a huge Duke fan so yeah. It blows, but hey look on the WEST side, Lakers aren't out.

Yet.

Nope, it's not just you, I crack a smile everytime the announcers say his name.

You didn't have to quote me.... and I'm just messing with you. Calm down.

And I still don't think there is much significance of the game early in the season. With most teams, there is significance, but with the Heat, who usually take the whole season to get it going, and with Shaq, who admittedly says he doesn't try his hardest until he needs too(since he's old he wants to save it for the playoffs, i guess), it really doesn't mean that much at all.

What's even funnier to me is when the play-by-play shouts, "Head for 3!"

Picks for today:?
