Its realistic cause thats how NW would fight. The fact that he knows how to sneak around undetected and strike from the shadows withot the target knowning is par tof his powerset.

A realistic fight is one where they behave like they would in the comics. Cyclops isnt going to walk around thinking all the time hes going to get attacked. And thats when NW would strike, when Cyclops least expects it.
Like I said this is a bad match up becuase theres no way to do it where one doesnt have a distinct and unfair advantage over the other.
ok davie boy, just how often does nightwing win by stalking someone and knocking them out from behind? i seem to remember him having plenty of fights that last longer than that. and its not nightwing if he doesn't plan and have lots of prep? its not nightwing if he doesn't go run out there and fight? then who was that guy who went gallivanting around with the teen titans? oh, the intrigue!

Actually lots of times, he recently tried to train Deathstrokes daughter how to do it.
Also after Infinite Crisis, NW, bats and robin retraced the training bats went through in his youth so hes prolly even better at it.
Its a bad match up.
why the hell is this is still going on? It's not a one-side prep or scenario where Nightwing is ambushing him.
Not that a city surrounding would do that much favor to nightwing considering he's fighting a guy who can punch holes into a mountain. If anything buildings would prove to be his graveyard unless we're talking about an inhabitated/populated area.

I've read most of the issues of x-men and I have never seen Cyclops display any extra sensory abilitiy except his rapport with Jean and now Emma. Other then that he has no extra senses and you;d have to provide scans to back that up.

how is your scenario more realistic than him getting whacked in an opened area? The match itself isn't fair with cyclops one trick card which everyone acknowledges already but heck, an ambush, one-sided prep scenario is fair, right?
