Yeah, well, all Cyke needs to do to kill him is to look at him when the battle starts.

Cyclops can fight almost asgood as Nightwing, is a better tactician, and once he uses his mutant power, it's a wrap.

So did agent nijo when he got close. Doesn't mean he pull it off again in a scenario where your opponent is just visible to you in an open area as a starting point who has the range advantage from shooting precise shots to blanketing the surrounding. And please, Shang chi is a bullet timer, even the guys ultimate counterpart caught one with his own hand. Nightwing at best, is just able to evade the trejectory nor could he amp with chi.

Character Induced Stupidity, or CIS, on the other hand, refers to any natural mental limitations that characters impose upon themselves and reduce their ability to use their own skills and powers effectively. Unlike PIS, CIS does not occur because the plot requires it, but because the character is genuinely that dumb. Examples of the CIS-afflicted include characters such as Rhino or Jar Jar Binks. Events of CIS are not exempt from debates.

What gives you the idea that he's close to Nightwing in hand to hand?

Took on the x-men mistaking him for Dark Phoenix(even with broken ribs). Fought black tom and juggs and won. Nearly won against the cap less avengers team by himself. Along with the long long history of him making tactical decisions for x-men and surviving for it.

Sides, whats nightwings major accomplishments anyway.

Yes, but Cyclops has been doing this longer. His experience gives him edge IMHO. Not much, but I consider him to be better.

Most wins any of his teams have pulled off were due to his strategic thinking. The very idea that Batman and Deathstroke both consider him the best tactician speaks volumes.

I'm not saying Nightwing wins the fight here, but he is definately at least as good of a tactician, and a far better hand to hand fighter. As opposed to what was said in that post.
