The poster didn't set out terms thus by default the standard neutral forum conditions are used. They are still neutral regardless of whether a character you like is at a disadvantage under the standard conditions.

What you desire is a fight with stipulations specifically in order for Nightwing to win, one-sided prep, with Cyclops not even knowing he's in a fight. If so feel free to make said thread, but those are not the conditions of this thread under which Cyclops wins.

The only way to make it so no one has an advantage is to take Cyclops optic blasts out of the equation and have them fight it hand to hand in which case Nightwing takes it.

Sorry but if Cyclops gets his optic blasts then Nightwing gets his Ninja training and he would fight by hiding and strikeing from the shadows undetected and taking out cyclops from behind.
