Everything I have read pretty much says the boy tried whatever was available although the literature gives a lot more power to booze as his drug of choice--true druggies gotta have their drug of choice--speed, cocaine, heroin (Kate's bag)--that would have been a right ugly mix my personal opinion and experience (with friends thank you not mine).
Heroin makes you useless, alcohol in his case would have blown up all the insecurity and uncapped the anger. When he was busted with her for trashing the room in New York--2 things, you know those policemen had to tear that room up twice looking for drugs and they would have questioned her to pieces for domestic abuse--he hurt the room, thinly veiled her but still not her. And the other kicker, he states he is a wino now--he understands his relationship with his substance--his skin is flawless still at 40 whatever--alcolholics start "showing" about then--look at Keith Richards' nose, on either side, all the little hairline red streaks. Boy's had way too much fun. Drug addiction just ain't pretty--skin suffers, eyes and hair. Whatever his demons are, they are behind him don't you think?
And Miz Jaeh!! Didn't take you for a rock hound? Everyone knows that's how you tell the qualities of the rock you are judging? Whatever else could you have in mind?
Vanessa is not as drop dead gorgeous as the piratistas here in my personal opinion, rather she is exotic and, my intuit on this is that her beauty lies between her ears. She's pretty enough, right clothes and makeup etc, but she is a Helen of Troy and Aphrodite when she speaks her mind with him, IMHO.
Ha....just a couple of hours ago on the tv guide channel they featured our beloved Johnny....their was actually a bumper sticker made in the early 90's that said "Honk, if you've been engaged to Johnny Depp!"
gosh, he is so smashingly handsome...it makes me hurt.
Can't wait to see the oscars today...i've had the red carpet show on all day. I surely wish he would win, but I know it's not even remotely a chance. But it's okay.....Johnny doesn't need an oscar to know his fans love him.

the lost commentaries?! I'm totally inspired... haha. that was my biggest problem with the second two dvds. no commentaries. something tells me they had their own personal shipping wars going on within the film, and didn't want to make them public.

Ted: No, no! This was totally original. The girl is leaving her motley crew to go where she belongs, says goodbye to them, and picks the one she'll miss the most...oh my goodness we're gonna get sued.
Terry: Look at Johnny's eyes there. Almost like he was begging for another love scene.
