I like his tux, but not his hair. If it were just out of his face... You know, I have to say, I don't find Vanessa very pretty, but that's a plus for celebrity couples. It emphasizes that Johnny loves her for her and she's not his trophy wife. Her dress is unique and I like it and her hair is very pretty. I'm sure I would be dissected if I were on the red carpet, ha. What color would everyone's Oscar dress be? I think light blue is my color.
Well, cumberbunds aren't exactly figure flattering imo, and he is in his 40s and his metabolism has to slow down at some point. Besides Secret Window, does he wear his glasses in any other role? I mean, I wear glasses and we're a beautiful people. Come on and be our spokesman, Johnny! Be proud of your failed eyes.
Hey, I think his specs make him look even hotter!! I never realized he wears glasses just like me. Mine are 50s aluminium with rhinestones.
Just realized I loved the Rock!
Pirates and Sweeny are going to be snubbed aren't they? It's like the powers that be go, no way--made money, well loved and tre' cool--snub 'em.
The dress that Helen (The Queen) lady had on--that's my dress OR the one that Cher had on in that little acceptance clip sequence (ROFLAO on that).
OMY, he throws kisses how darling!!!!! Miz Vanessa looks too cool for words.
As a side note! I really really WANT johnny to gain some weight! HAve you seen those yatch pictures of him from this summer. He's way way too thin. He looks normal in a tux but in his roles...man oh man. True though! He looks heavier in his tux...his face seems too small for the body...Hot as ever though.
P.S: I'm in france. I've had 6 cups of coffee to stay awake. Hope that explains everything
I agree, tee, at times he looks too thin. I hope one day he wins his acting award. I don't want to wait until he's 70 and they give him his lifetime achievement Oscar. That's just the Academy saying "we never thought you good enough when you actually did the work but now that you're old, we don't want you to die without your Oscar."
Javier Bardem...surprise, surprise. lol
It just confuses me that if everyone agrees every Best Actor performance is fantastic, why Daniel Day-Lewis is the predicted winner. Has anyone seen the movie? Yet I know tons of people that have seen Sweeney Todd, Michael Clayton, and even In the Valley of Elah. What makes DDL such a front-runner? Tommy Lee Jones, George Clooney, and Viggo Mortenson are supposed to be phenomenal and Johnny worked his ass off to be Sweeney Todd and had never sung before.
