Which special forces unit is the best?

I'm going along the lines that if you put them into an arena and told them to kill each other, the Delta Force Operative would kill a Ranger, not easily, but would still succeed.

Incorrect, physical hand to hand combat is practiced and trained more in the Rangers than any other unit.

I'm not talking hand-to-hand, (And any army unit can get as much training as a ranger through the MACP, IMO) I'm talking giving them each their respective weapons and telling them to kill each other in a real life setting

I think they get round it using proxys and routers, however they do it, its so lame, their parents should disconnect their connection, send the ADSL money to africa and sell them to Michael Jackson
