USH'S MATRIX GAME 2006- The Dojo

(It doesn't)

That explains the problem. I must have been looking at one of Rex's other character sheets. (facepalm)

Sharpened Scales, then. Tapped as well.

No, only guns powers work with guns, that is why they are listed separately.

thought so

King- your character is up. Happy with him?

While we're waiting for our respected but busy Game Master Ush, Trick and I decided to add some music to our fight: "Cities of the future" by Infected Mushroom

Ok, glad we got that sorted. Now, Heph tapped Passive Wings, which means that hsi last attack became a Throw, and with a base damage of four to boot. So the final damage was seven!

However, due to the parameters of the scenario, this is particularly nasty because Hawk is left hanging off a pole platofrm thingy. He can still fight, this being the Matrix where anyone can fight from any position, but Heph will get his pool bonus for three turns as Hawk gets back up.

He's now following this up with a nasty attack on the straggling Hawk, tapping Sharpened Scales.

Good time to switch to Silver Prince, that being the case, which also changes the scenatio somewhat, as Hawk is now performing impressive spin-and-grabs whilst dangling, by one hand, his other hand with his sword, in impressive acrobatic fashion. Wish someone was filming this. HC does not need to be in cache- auxiliary powers are always working for you.

For Heph's attack, he is on +6 pool and Hawk has no defence- but he does have two Parry. However, 4s are successes. oooh, jine successes in all... nasty! But, as ever the curse of unarmed, not much more than that. Ten damage all told.

Hawk's gnarly platform-dangling sword style has a bite of its own, however, and Silver Prince strikes back with even pool as its pool bonus meets Heph's CF defence. Seven dice then. Four successes, nice, and a base damage of five (including one from Brilliant Scales) means that is nine damage in return!

Phew!

Firewall- didn't even tap it for you. Straight Shooter does nothing against Mooks. Your foe is doornailed!

Azrael, Fire, all ready!

Team Captains- again, feel free to recruit extra personnel if teams are even. If Mirage and Fire want to play, for example, or Spades and Melkor. Talk it over, it's your call.

I think I'll pass on the trainings mission for now, first want to get this system down in here. Same for Mirage I think

I'll start to unload my MP5 on Azrael while I'm running towards him

Ush, any sort of acrobatics roll I can make to hop to another platform instead of spending the whole time fairly defenseless right under Heph?

Oh, and I thought the previous turn I had hit Heph for 7 damage?

No, and I'll put that in.

Aww... would've be cool and Matrixy.

Hawk works on getting up, still slashing at Heph with SP.

Hmm...

Heph will suddenly leap up and unleash a series of vicious kicks at Hawk, the final kick strong enough to knock Hawk back, tapping Hands of Light and Venerable Grasshopper.

Azrael takes a few running steps to the side, going up the wooden pillar in an attempt to avoid Fire's bullets. As he runs, his Glock 19s snap up, and he opens fire with both. (BGB)

Oh, almost forgot, Heph wants to swap out PW for DF this turn...

Yep. I'm posting the match request again, though I changed a few things if that's okay.

I'd like to fight a group of 6 mooks, security guards with a M1911 (Light Pistol) each. I would like to have a pair of Glock 19's (Light Machine Pistol) and a pair of Beretta 92G Elite II's (Light Pistol - two extra clips). Set-up... a rooftop of a building, similar to the one from the jump program.

Cache - BB, LR, CC, StS, SS

(You can't have BB and CC in your cache at the same time 🥷 )

((Oh... Whoops))

Cache - BB, LR, EE, StS, SS

Ok, so Dale hasn't been on in a while, so I'm just letting it be known I would like to fight someone.

ooh, ooh! Let me slap this fool down 😛

You want to fight Firewall?
