trust me..who oever stabs that heart will be the very man who kills Elizabeth..so watch out for it..it will happen before it happens to her. Will has been set up to stab it.
When they are fighting on the wheel over the key(as soon as jack gets it he falls into a grave and gets pulled out which is what we will see in movie 3)..Jack saves it from Will who has it on the end of his sword..Norrington will probably die protecting Liz..
Norrington will die to protect her from Will..it will be his way of redeeming himself after killing her father
and Jack will be the one who actually saves her..but it might be too late and this is where Tia comes in and offers Jack immortality..you know what happens with the Odyseus and Calypso
Calypso tried to make Odysseus HER champion in the Odyssey..but all she was doing was making him love Penelope even more and he began to hate his old way of life all the more..he wanted to get back to Penelope.. Calypso underestimated the FEMALE in the equation when it came to Odysseus..I think Tia/Calypso is doing the exact same thing when it comes to Jack and Elizabeth

No all odysseus said was NO to immortality..and Calypso helped him return home..
So i think that All jack has to say is NO to Tia and she will help bring Liz back to him..
but then there was another god who intervened to make Calypso send Odysseus home..so maybe Davy will come and make her do the same..
Davy Jones is a sea god..he always has been i think..thats why he was with Calypso in the first place..He's supposed to resemble Posiedon in the Odyssey I think..Posiedon has one MOTHER of a grudge against Odysseus lol but in the end he lets the grudge go so that he can return home..
Perhaps Davy will allow Bill to leave to be with Will..after all he makes friends with Will in movie 3..I think that Will is going to be given the chance to forget about everything that has happened (that hut scene with tia and the drinks) resembles Circe the witch handing out drinks to make people forget their pasts and Jack..
everyone drinks in that hut but Liz and Jack..
and that is exactly what happens in the Odyssey..one person doesnt drink..he goes running back to Odysseus who was absent from the scene just like Jack was..I think its going to repeat later on where everyone is offered the chance to forget. about Jack and return to married life etc..but Liz wont want to forget Jack IMO..and Jack wont want to forget Liz.this is STILL just a theory of mine though lol
Its obviously Tia who created this whole thing BTW where Jack and Liz started to fall for one another..it would have happened any way but I think Tia moulded it to fit what she wanted..😂 because she wants Jack to be her equal and th only way to make hima champion is by having the woman he loves there to MAKE him one(end of DMC)....but in the end I doubt he will agree to be an immortal with Calypso (calypso in the odyssey also underestimated the woman in the equation)..and by this time the characters would have fallen for eachother..and I doubt they will want to go back to how things were..despite it all being set up by Tia(possibly Beckett too) in the first place..
So basically to sum my theory up.
Tia/Calypso wants Jack to be her equal..to be sealed with her in immortality..firstly he must become someone who wants to love someone else and be with them on a long term basis..and he also has to be her champion or he will say no to her.
Tia is the one who is making Jack a champion by introducing Liz into his life..notice that as soon as Liz comes into his life..he completely transforms into a hero for her. She gives him a huge amount of bravery..she is his rock in life, the driving force that sends him home to her...She is the very reason why Jack the man is transforming into a champion.
I think that Tia and Beckett have made a deal before any of the events in DMC played out
his line:
Jack must find his place in the new world or perish. Not unlike you, Mister Turner. You and
your fiancée face the hangman's noose." - Beckett
and
"wedding stopped or fate intervening"
all add to this whole notion that HE has been speaking with Tia before hand and has found something out about Will/Liz that could possibly threaten him and the EITC in the future?? Remember Liz is in a high state of power and Will/Liz being married/together might become a threat to them and their progress in the future..
so he says..they face the hang mansnoose if they stick together..and its all because of him.
So beckett finds something..but what about Tia's end of the bargain?? She wants JACK to be her champion and the only way for that to happen is if she gets LIZ in his life to make that happen..Also if Jack becomes immortal..it means that Jack is dead basically..its death..he will never be able to walk on earth again..so Beckett wins out ay??
Beckett legally stops the wedding..hes the only one with the power to...and he gives them umpteen hints that he is actually doing them a "favor"
anyway Tia thinks that Jack will probably leave Liz in a heartbeat when she offers Jack immortality...but she is seriously underestimating Liz and how Jack feels about her...and so is everyone else in the story..and so is the audience
In the Odyssey Calypso thought she was making Odysseus want her more..by making him equal to her..but all she was doing was making him love Penelope all the more..which is whats happening with Jack/Liz IMO as things progress between the two in the movies..
hmmmmm yes i could see that tia and beckett had possibly made an alliance, just because i think beckett HAD to have made an alliance with SOMEONE, or he wouldnt have gotten there in time for the wedding or had such a planned out entrance, ya know? He HAD to know what was going on prior to getting there.
I also think the fact that Elizabeth didn't drink the mug is VERY significant, because they mention that important clue on nearly every website/review/summary. it must mean something, whether it be that there was something in the drink, or merely foreshadowing that Liz is not just going to swallow everything tia says as the truth. That Liz alone will be outside the realm of Tia's influence/manipulation.
or it could just mean that Kiera wasnt thirsty at that moment. LOL.

Theres a really interesting post on how Odysseus learns to be a better man because of what Calypso makes him do..she thinks she is making him want her in the long run but he actually learns to change as a man for the woman he loves..and he has all the more reason to return home to her..
Beckett definatley seems to have made a deal..I really do think that if Will/Liz stick together then they will die at the hands of the EITC they will persih..because beckett has obviousy been told that they are a threat to him in the future or something..and the EITC DID eventually win so I dont think its going to be about the goodies winning over beckett so that they can be married by the end of it..they will DIE if they marry/end up together the narritive makes it very clear in DMC

If Jack becomes immortal it means beckett wins..Jack will completley be out of the picture..Jack is the most threatening pirate to him IMO..and if Jack can be removed from the equation then Beckett wins there..but I dont think Jack will accept immortality..no way..cuz no one wants to see Jack die..and just end in an unhappy way like that..its not bittersweet its just sad lol
Jack will change to fit the future or he will persih..but it wont be immortalty he accepts..It will be a life with Elizabeth he accepts to be with IMO..
