Darkseid has beaten Superman numerous times; this includes Pre-Crisis Superman as well since DS wasn’t affected by the Crisis.

if morg can withstand being shot by four people at once with the power cosmic he can survive the OB.
And "Should" has nothing to do with it.
Do you even know what Omega Beams are? Darkseid can simply erase Morg from existense with those and there is nothing Morg can do about it.
And yes, Darkseid lost, but that was complete PIS, his powers were ignored just like every time when Supes fights someone he shouldn't win...

The Omega beams dont work against everyone. He shot Doomsday withthem and Doomsday just stopped for a second and stared at him then pounded him into the ground.
