Yeah that game was crazy, and I never watch NCAA Football games.

My favorite team is still my alma mater, and we suck!

Bennett will be an improvement over Reggie Ball (no brainer right there) next year, but the loss of CJ will be devastating. I predict they revert to the usual 7-5 season next year.

LSU played some football last night. Russell came up clutch, and they really didn't delve into the huge RB caravan through the first three quarters as much as relying on Russell to make plays. That was something he wasn't able to do against Auburn earlier in the year (the best game of the year, IMO). Congrats to them.

I hope the Lions got a good look at Brady Quinn last night. For their sake, I hope they didn't watch. I haven't checked out many mocks but where is Samardzija rated? My friend told me top 5, but he's on crack half the time. Regardless, I give a big hell no to that. Maybe he could go to Cleveland. They've had a few footballs bounce off their WR's heads in the end zone. I'll admit it, I've seen about 9 LSU games this year and only 2 Notre Dame games, but the guy just doesn't impress me. His TD last night would've been well-defended in the NFL.

ND is very overrated and I was enjoying every second it.

He is not top 5. He is the #4 ranked WR at this point and most mocks have him going to NE in the 20's. Calvin Johnson, Dwayne Jarret, and Tedd Ginn are all above him. To utilize his size at the next level hes gonna need to become more physical.. hes gotta get stronger, but hes got potential with his height/speed/hands

That's if he even plays football. They'res talk that he might go into baseball.

He says he will do both. He was already taken in the 5th round of the MLB draft as a RHP for the Cubs. He was originally considered a top 20 prospect among all players but because of football teams were scared. He has been playing in the Cubs farm system already and claims he wants to play both sports.

I dont know.

Sporting news has him ranked around 7th or so in WR's.

really? I know Calvin, Jarret, and Ginn are above him who else do they have? Sidney Rice, Steve Smith, and Bowe?

Caldwell, Allison, Craig Davis, Bowe and Jason Hill

Rice isnt even there.

No Steve Smith? jawdrop

They must not watch the USC games.

That is a strange ranking. I dont see how smith, rice, and samardzja could be bellow those guys. Ive never heard of such a thing until now.

I dont know.

But Sporting News is generally pretty good at rankings.

From what I read from the site, they generally rank the players according on how they will do in the NFL than how they do in college football. It's all about mechanics and shit like that with them. That could be the difference than most.

But usually, they do mock drafts after the playoffs ever week according to team weaknesses and its funny to see how different the changes are.

I think florida will come back in the 4th to win the championship

Yes this is me reporting another death.

so your gonna make some good money on the bowl games then. Taking FL money line should give you a nice payout since OSU has no chance. Hell parlaying the FL money line with USC is gonna give you a super payout.

😉

hopefully you actually placed that bet.

Fl totaly dominated them. I was shocked not that FL was able to win but I didnt expect them to kill them. OSU fans will say "teddy ginn this" and "teddy ginn that" Ginn would have made a significant difference but no enough to win.

I only put money on the USC game as I was sure they would have their way with Michigan.

Almost put money on the Florida game, and your post was helping but all that ****in' OSU hype threw me off track.

The media had me believing OSU was the best team ever.

Eh, maybe with Ginn it would have made the score 48-21.

Congrats Gators! I guess the SEC speed really does mean something. Their LSU win said a lot. And regarding their only loss, Auburn played a helluva game against them, bringing their A-game.

All I can say is this:
Tim Tebow up the middle for a few, Tim Tebow up the middle for a few, Tim Tebow up the middle for a few, Tim Tebow up the middle for a few, Tim Tebow up the middle for a few (God, can't OSU tell what he's going to do by this point?), Tim Tebow up the middle for a few, Tim Tebow up the middle for a few, Tim Tebow up the middle--oh, wait, he sees the middle clogged and running outside--oh, wait, it was a designed play and OSU has 8 guys chasing Tim Tebow...Touchdown!!!!
