Episode III too focused on Anakin's story

Lucas' "vision" is pretty distorted really, with the gungans an all.

I don't think they're as bad as the gungans myself. They're childish, but not unbearable.

The gungans are fine. Annoying dialect, but you'd be annyoing too if you lived in a bubble. At least they have an effective role in the saga.

Jar Jar is the only issue with the gungans.

It's all a bit... annoying.

The Ewoks play an effective role in the saga too: they defeat the Empire. But that alone doesn't make it credible. And neither do those boomers from ToysRus.
