He will get over it. The guy can't bring the cat back, but should at least replace it with another. There are plenty of lonely cats facing euthanasia that could use to be adopted.

Really not the same thing as hunting a large mammal or top predator. Nowhere near the overall ecological impact. Plus like I said before, I think that kid was making the whole thing up.

Well now 😱 How did I miss this. First all Im a hunter. Ate deer jerky about 15 minutes ago and am watching the outdoor channel right now. I have hunted for many years. Its part of my heritage and its family tradition. If not for hunting many animals would soon become over populated and thus cause herd problems.(deer prime example) Sickness, lack of food ect. Not opinions but facts. Many of you folks who hate hunters living in the city or anywhere for that matter should think about the place your ass is resting on. It was once a animals habitat. If not for hunters today states wildlife divisions wouldent have money to take care of wildlife. The state of Kentucky(dept of fish and wildlife) is funded 100% from the sell of hunting and fishing licenses. FACT. Im a hunter and damn proud to be one. 😎 A hunter is responsible for Yellowstone national forest. TR. Hunters do many good things. If you think hunters are savage killers and hunting has no place then you are sadly misinformed. i would be more than happy to point you in the right direction for the facts. Not only do I hunt my wife hunts as well. I teach kids to hunt, the ones that want to learn.

Anyone using "population control" as a justification for killing animals is full of shit. Animals didn't have a problem with overpopulation before humans came along and don't need humans killing them now.

I hate it when people say that fox hunting is a sport. It would only be sport if the fox had a gun and a pack of Beagles to attack you with.
Hunting sucks. Animals were here first and have as much right if not more to be on this damned planet. You don't see them polluting the air and blowing up nuclear weapons.

What the frick is soo macho about shooting a bear from many feet away? How hard is it to kick the shit out of a deer? Or how about hunting lions and other animals from far away about to go extinct?? Or better yet whales that live FAR from people and are in the WATER?

When someone claims they hunt for food I call bullshit, there is enough restaurants and grocery stores near most places.
