Ok, so I admit I went 'Stop Kings Reporting' crazy that day.

Let's make a deal. I'll leave you to use your own judgement from now on, report who you feel deserves it. But if I see you reporting someone for something that doesn't deserve it, I'll let you know 😄

Alright. that seems.........fair? Fair isn't really the right word....I dunno. But I agree.

Honor is a value. Having values requires having basis. No stronger basis than that rooted in a healthy spirituality.

Ooooh 😕

What does it seem? If you're not happy then tell me 😛

I don't agree with that. Kings may assume all new posters are pieces of shit who aren't worth any respect until they earn it, but the theory still makes some sense as long as you view it objectively and keep things in perspective.

On the one hand I agree that if you're going to be a worthy contributor to KMC as a whole, you need to earn your place. But on the other I do not agree with bullying new members as a form of initiation.

I say don't come in here asking for stuff without first contributing. But earn your place? That's just being elitist.

Not all are. Weeping Fairy and myself haven't gotten much/any hassle about our posts. Neither has Pittman. Just people like yourself who bash/troll are treated like shit.

So people don't like my Steve Irwin opinions? So what?

Disagree and move on people. Get off my coat-tails.

I'm happy, I just can't find the perfect word.

She means you need to prove that you'll contribute.

How is that relevent to anything?

Well, if you want people to disagree and move on, you should probablly do the same. I state my opinion about the fact your top posters aren't exactly top 5 material, and you disagree, and start bashing.

Which is fair, but people often bash noobs because, they post a thread in the wrong place, or ask a question that has been asked before, this happens all the time and is just a matter of in-experience, it isn't reallu fair or needed.

Content is a good one.

That's true. Things like that are unneeded, but some-the-times, the n00b-bashing is very necessary for trolling and bashing and what not.

I'll strive to continue doing a good job in your eyes.

Actually, it helps the good members improve. I've heard, from herself, in a n00b thread, that Lana had atrocious spelling and grammar when she first joined. People picked on her for it, she improved, and now she's a mod. The ones who can take it improve KMC.

And that usually never happenes if you don't make yourself look like an idiot. I barely got hassle.

What?

Whereever you heard that, you heard wrong, and I certainly never said anything to that effect.

I've always been very particular about my spelling and grammar, nor did I ever act stupid when I first joined - for starters, I joined KMC when I was nearly 18 and had been going on message boards since I was 13. Secondly, I never really talked to anyone until I'd been on the board a month or two - before that I hid out in the Matrix and RP forums.

Nor do I think it's a good idea in any way to bash people who've just joined. I believe that if you want respect you need to earn it, but bashing people for no reason will not earn you any - regardless of how long you've been a member.

As for me becoming a mod - I've been here a long time, I'm an active poster, I'm well-known, I know my stuff, I've always tried to be helpful, and I've contributed a lot to this site in my time here.

That's because I browse the OTF frequently. You're bashing people when they need not to be bashed. And usually, I post there before seeing your unneeded post.

I'm glad they made you mod.

Yet I haven't reported anyone since ZOMG-srsly.

Was that yesterday? 😆

I remember you saying somewhere about joining a forum (which I assumed was this one) you said something to the effect of "My spelling was atrocious. I'm so ashamed."

And I never doubted that you contributed or helped. I'm just saying, I heard something to that effect, and insinuated that you improved. My mistake.

No. Why are you laughing? There is no humor in that. 😬

I'm not a mod.

To those newer members around here, what she is saying is you don't get to be a mod by asking, or popularity...but by working hard, being part of the community helping and encouraging others to work harder!

I think Syren said something like that, but as I'm slightly insane about my spelling, it definitely would never had been me.

😂 If she was anyone else...she'd have slipped in a typo there!
