Superman Prime was more powerful than any other Supermen in the entire Multi-verse.
It was Pre-crisis Superman sundiped for 15 thousand years.
He had the power to take and give life, recreate planets out of it's fraction spread all over the universe.
And he could do anything Pre-crisis Superman could do.

Superman Prime is Post-Crisis Superman in the future and yes he did spend 15,000 years in the sun, after centuries of exploring the DCU. According to DC, Prime is the most powerful Superman ever so that would mean that he’s above Pre-Crisis Superman and Kimset Superman but the problem is that he has virtually no feats at all.

Only Pre-crisis Superman with the Sword of Truth is more powerful, but basicly it's Superman holding a weapon more powerful than the spear of destiny, so it isnt really his power.
