That retard of a judge should be jailed, by not throwing the book at her as he would most likely have if it was a male teacher molesting a student he set the precedent for future cases. I agree with everyone who's said the kid is just very very lucky. If he had bad luck for the rest of his life to balance out this one stroke of very good luck, I'd say that'd be justified.
