Venom has lost to Spidey a number of times with no sonics or fire. Normally a good fight, but Pete's done it before. During the fight he can just knock Batman unconsious in a quick second. DD is just backup.

And Spider-Man can definitely hold his own against Venom (or even take him himself) long enough for DD to assist.

I think a prepless batman loses at least 4/10 times to DD. Just because DD is used to dodging damage from the type that Batman dishes out with his gadgets, and that makes it a battle between two master MA. And DD's senses give him the edge. (Note: This is a DD without prep)

Naturally Venom and Spidey would face off. And, even if it takes a little while, Spidey loses. I don't think he has ever had a victory over Venom that wasn't questionable. But I could be wrong. However, I still strongly believe Venom could take him.

And then it would become DD vs. Venom. And I shouldn't have to spell out how that fight would end...

They never stated that this is Eddie Venom, thus Spider-man wins.. But if it were Eddie, then Spider-man would get owned.

Venom forces Batman to cross over to Spiderman's team and then proceeds to stomp the three of them.

At the onset this looks like a curbstop but lets not forget teamwork here. Batman isn't very trusting and with Venom behind him I don't blame him. On the flip side though DD and SPidey have teamed up many times and are used to fighting together. DD can hold his own against Batman. Sonics? Won't that also take out Venom? Basically if Bruce uses sonics he turns this into Batman vs Spider-Man. Guess who wins that one?
