Daredevil fought Venom in Daredevil Ninja I believe. He was trying to steal this thing that could supposedly cure any disease. He wanted it to change his appearance to be a better hero(or something like that). Anyway he and Daredevil fought, Daredevil basically put his senses in overdrive and went batsh** with his clubs to hold Venom off but ended up convincing Venom that he was a better hero than Spider-Man. And I didn't mean Spider-Man beat Venom and Carnage at the same time, I meant he has beaten both of them (one at a time) on different occasions

Daredevil also took on Venom in the "Fall from Grace" storyline. DD held off Venom and scored a couple of hits on Venom with nothing but his sticks and agility. Venom didn't touch him once.

Spider-man never took on Venom or Carnage without help or special prep or gadgets. And there is no prep here.

venom can take all of them put together

in the dare devil and spidermab vs venom seiries venom kicked their ass

DD and Batman will be taken down first, then it will turn to a Venom vs Spider-Man fight and Venom will come out as the winner.

Spider-Man took down Venom in the Venom: Lethal Protector series with just his fists. He also beat him more recently in Spectacular (before it got cancelled). I can't think of a specific example with Carnage though so I guess its a good thing he's not in this fight

I don't remember him EVER beating Venom with fists, and neither in lethal protector, actually Venom took Spider down with only one tantacle there. And there are many examples where Spider-man admitts his punches are useless against Venom.
