Billy dont have the killer instinct that BA does billy could win but id give it to MM more often then not hes just to versital. Ba would rip him apart though. And has in the past.

Billy also seems to be very suseptable to mind attacks were BA is not.

MM can win. If CM tries to use the Lighting, MM can become invisible, and only hiting himself. MM has telepathy, and can transform into different monsters/objects. He is more versitile. However, Cm beats him in strength, and durability.

7/10 6/10 for MM

changed my mind. i say cap wins... j'onn, for all his greatness, just doesn't have the staying power that billy does, imo...

They've slugged it before,Marvel was possesed throwing kill shots and yelling at Jonn to go down...

Jonn has the staying power to hang in for a mindrape,and if he fights smart he makes Billy's physical advantage redundant.

Outside of JLA,he quite often does.

If Jonn was able to render BA inert via telepathy,he can do it to Billy.
