I really am starting to wish I didnt get so attatched to the Jack/Liz idea you know.
I'm just gonna try and enjoy the movie no matter what.
Everything I know about movies tells me that these two will end up together..because movie 2/3 are one story and Jack's arc appears to be Elizabeth
but then we have to think of the character of Jack..Disney are taking a huge gamble if he ends up being with a woman..will the audience like that Idea?
Well I would say yes..I mean come on 1 billion
A movie only ever gets to 1 billion when something is really working well on screen and people go back again and again to watch it. Its really obvious what it was with this movie...
The money of the movie was getting the girl and people liked the idea.
well its not entirely true that eveyrbody wnats Jack with a girl...
a lot of my friends dont think he belongs with anybody...because he is a player and a ladies man and when they say that it just makes me wnat to hurt them! but lots of people agree with them...although they think Jack and Liz make a hot couple they dont wnat it to happen...

We have to think about what Disney will REALLY do. Will they do something we will expect or not.Think about this:
In the first movie, before we knew about the 2nd and 3rd, we all thought it will be Will and Liz because of the kiss. BUT,when the second came out and we saw Jack and Liz together,I'm sure many of us were like, 'WOW! Didn't see that coming!'
We are NOW thinking it will be J/L.They can change the whole story by one or two scenes. The 'Persuade Me' scene and the kissing one are examples.
Originally posted by CaptinJackLoverbut thats the thing he is growing, and liz makes him want to be a better person, and he makes liz want to actually have a life.... ok again this is a disney movie, and jack is the protagonist... constantly growing, and when u least expect it, doing the right thing.... in his own weird way, never the less right. they will put the female lead w/ the protagonist. they will be happy together, its kinda funny cuz when u think about it they have the most romantic relationship of all... a sarcastic, honest, passionate relationship. (ok ok, when i say honest, u all no wut i mean.... she told him why she tied him up to the ship.... they're like unhonestly honest w/ one another) if that makes any sense... as for will... he serves a bigger purpose in the movie then we all think... we jst arent 100% wut it is yet. the movie will jst kinda branch out into 2 differnt directions- will and his father/destany/ect... and jack/liz relationship.... love which ties into the whole calypso/ love angle..... feeewww that ws a lot to type, i hope u guys can understand it, cuz sometimes when i have a big idea, it hard for me to explain... 😑 😍 lol

If they do a jack/Liz ending it will probably be more of a tease..the more they tease with it the more people like to see it.
I think the end of movie 4 would probably be the moment they properly end up together..If Keira is gonna be in a 4 that is..because Pirates are going to die out and will people want to see Jack die on screen or be happy with someone?
ALso Jack is very much in love with Elizabeth..and its more clear in movie 3..I think the audience will feel sorry for Jack if he doesnt get her lol..It may have a different feel towards it..
Jack loves her and shehurts him a bit and I dont wanna see jack heartbroken onscreen, he should get her.
yeah, jack was running away from a lot of who he was for a lot of years.
he's still a gentleman at heart.
he probably yearns for true love.
he's just been covering it all.
here's his last chance to get everything right... everythings going down at worlds end...
im having a thought here.
jack owes tia a debt. methinks this debt has to do with him vowing to set her free from her human form, which the pirate brethran imprisoned her in years ago.
so, im thinking towards the end of this film, jack is going to have to pay up on this debt. he'll free her, and than Calypso's fury will be unleashed again.
hence, it looks like the end of the world, literally, because her fury will destroy the world, one sea at a time.
jack realizes what he's done, and chooses to imprison her once again (he being the only one who can do it, since he set her free) and face the penalty of reversing his payment. he either imprisons her, or chooses to become immortal, thereby making himself powerful enough to kill her. or maybe he just knows how to kill her without being immortal.
that accounts for her dramatic departure.
and it would explain where jack would be in all the mess.
and our proof is when gibbs mentioned after jack retreived the map of the key
Gibbs said that they havent got a treassure or gold for a while, and that they have been wondering why jack havent fround treassure or anything through the compass.
meaning that ever since he left port royal, his compass was all wacky, meaning he was thinking about liz
umm...when he's sitting looking at the big map in his cabin..just before he meets bootstrap Bill
"why is the rum always gone" was supposed to be a cue as to what was on his mind (lizzie) although that went RIGHT over my head a good few times befoee I started to think.."ah does that have meaning?" lol
no it ws pointing to her and then to the furthest away from her
if it was pointing to the chest then he need not have given it to Lizzie to find the chest..
when she held it, it did a similar thing to what it did for Jack except it wasnt as rapid..pointing between something she's familar/comfortable with and something "new and scary" to her. It pointed to Jack and it pointed to the means to save Will (chest)
with Jack it ponted to Liz (new and scary) and to the furthest away from (remaing a pirate on his own what he's familiar with)
