The Therapy Thread for stressed out people about jack/liz open 24/7

I think that it'll be dramatic, but they'll eventually come to an agreement and move on. Anybody in Will's place would not just move on, I mean, he's been obsessed with her for a long time, and he'd finally gotten her. He's probably not going to let go that easily. He may get violent towards Jack and maybe even Elizabeth, but I doubt he would try to hurt her. When I watched DMC this morning, I noticed that while Elizabeth was getting into the longboat after chaining Jack to the mast, William helped her get down into the boat, making sure she got there safely, even after he had just seen her betray him. But then he gives her a cold look and asks about Jack. And in Tia's shack, he sees Elizabeth crying and he says "If there's anything that could be done to bring him back.....Elizabeth.." Then he is interrupted by Tia. It shows that he really cares for her and wants her to be happy. I think this may represent how Will might act towards Elizabeth in AWE. He may be angry, but he'll still care for her.
This is somewhat upsetting for me. Even though William is angry, he's still loving. Which means he'll probably forgive her in AWE, and Elizabeth is still in denial that she has feelings towards Jack, so she'll probably go with Will, leaving Jack to be free with the Pearl and all that stuff.
Even though I'm still 100% J/E, I've completely lost hope. A little while ago I was excited, and had so much faith that Jack and Elizabeth would end up together. Now I've totally given up. Who are we kidding? It's going to be W/E in the end.

i agree that Will cares so much for Liz, that he would make himself learn to live with whatever she choses, and try to be happy for her. He is always so kind to her, it's kindof sad that such a loving relationship (on his part atleast) is over. But my obsession over JE overcomes that small amount of pity.

But now i've gotten all worried! Now that THE DAY is getting closer, i'm starting to fear for JE. A little bit.

Will, I think he will make the choice for her.

There is always uncertainty, there is always going to be until the movie starts or until there's at least the trailer, but I have high hopes for a J/L ending 😉

Yeah, I do feel bad for Will. The poor guy has been through a lot. Everything he's been through he's done for Elizabeth. And none of it would matter anymore if Jack and Elizabeth ended up together. Which is so sad.
I'm worried, too. But even if they don't end up together, I'm sure the writers have come up with something for a good ending for all of them. And there are like a billion J/E fanfics. =]

u know if he knows he's going to be FishFace Jr. he may want elizabeth to be happy and just put her and Jack together

Thats something i think he would do from his point of view he prolly' thinks she loves him already and i think he knows Jack would take care of her anyway

If J/L end up together I don't think Will is going to be heartbroken just like DJ did. There's a line that was cut on the original script that has got me thinking. Is when Will tells DJ "A woman do not need to cause you this if you choose the right woman". It's something like that. This proves that Will can go on just fine without Liz. I think he will accept her choose. This says a lot about his character. He is an emotionally stronger character. Therefore on the other hand Jack and Liz's character's are week. It is said that Jack is going to start mirroring DJ more. He is going to try to kill his good side. Because every time he shows it he gets %$^ked up. Poor Jack, that would be interesting to see though.

I need to vent to people who will understand. We're on vacation in San Diego and on the plane ride over, this girl a few seats ahead of me on the opposite side was watching DMC. So the few scenes I got to watch, I had fun dubbing my own dialogue in and what-not.

So the guy straight ahead of me gets up and I can watch the outstanding wheel scene (I love that fight!) all the way to the kracken battle and I was getting into it....and then Liz stays behind on the Pearl and walks up to Jack. I know what's coming, and the guy sits back down and the next thing I know, Norrington's turned over the heart to Beckett! I missed it. Oh well. San Diego is great.

149 days left, 😱 I know we still have a long way to go. But I'm getting more nervous by the minute.

I personally think Jack mirrors more Davy. He is the type the person who kind of gives up with himself. Like with Elizabeth, after he kisses him and chains him up afterwards, when he gets to the purgatory he's like "that's it. I'm tired of using my nice, honest side. Pain is too much to bear."

That's the same thing that happened to Davy. After he lost Calypso, he is like "that's it. Pain is too much to bear." So he ultimately cut out his own heart.

With Jack, he just gets rid of his honest, good side. Which I know it will be awfully sad.

Don't tell me directly, but the script actually hints Jack will stop having his decent streak? That's so out of character. Part of the humor is that he actually sucks being a pirate because deep down he's a nice guy.

Yep it is so out of character, but it's going to be interesting. Something happens in purgatory, its going to start funny but then it's going to be sad.
