And, as long as I'm breaking silence on the compass, let me just say: there's no transference. If it points to a waffle, it's not pointing to the waffle because you're hungry or because you really want to be Belgian or something; it points to the waffle 'cause what you want most is that waffle.

Of course, if you've been hungry for a while, anticipating the most delicious meal you could ever imagine, and for some reason you couldn't partake of that meal, and then you found yourself in the presence of a very interesting waffle ... well, that doesn't mean that you suddenly think the aforementioned meal would not be delicious. It just means that, right then, that waffle seems pretty tempting.

suggests that the compass is not pointing at him because she wants sex..it means she's tempted to have sex with him..thats not what bothers her..what bothers her when she looks at the compass is the fact it hints she wnts more from him that just sex IMO.

Isn't this interesting...cuz people on KTTC continue to argue that the compass points to Jack because Elizabeth wants to be a Pirate and live a Pirate lifestyle...but according to this..the compass doesn't work that way...it doesn't point at the waffle because you are hungry or you want to be Belgian it's because you want the compass most.....so translated...the compass doesn't point to Jack cuz she's is hungry for love or wants to be a Pirate, it points to Jack because she wants JACK>>>>OMG how can KTTC people ignore this comment by Ted...it is so obvious...can't believe I didn't really pick up on that before..you may have already Lovelyone and I overlooked the post...but I am floored by this.

Hmmm Thank You...that was informative....but i wouldnt always believe everything on line! u know how it is now a days!!! but since that is the official forum then who knows maybe it is!!

he does post there..I nearly got banned because I dissed him once lol..he very rarley posts there..and if it was fake thy would delete it..they do have contacts with him..

I posted that trailer scripy and they got in contact with him and then removed it cuz he said it was fake lol

Let me try and break it down for myself, tell me if i'm wrong ok guys!!!!

Ok so i'm assuming that "Of course, if you've been hungry for a while anticipating the most delicious meal u could ever imagine"- is refferring to Liz waiting for her and Will's wedding night and what would have happened (sex),

"and for some reason you couldn't partake of that meal,"- which is talking about the interuption of the wedding therefore no wedding night! (no sex)

"and then you found yourself in the presence of a very interesting waffle "- meaning Liz being in the presense of JACK SPARROW(interesting waffle) and being attracted to him!

"well, that doesn't mean that you suddenly think the aforementioned meal would not be delicious."- meaning that Liz still dosent think that Will(meal) is a bad choice and that she still dosent want it!

"It just means that, right then, that waffle seems pretty tempting." meaning that at that moment Jack(waffle) is pretty tempting there for if she's hungry then she's going for it!!

That is a very interesting quote. I guess there is nothing hidden behind the compass.

Kind of relating it back to the first movie....we all say that when Norrington takes the compass and makes fun of Jack for having it, the arrow points to him. Does it really? I watched it not too long ago and I couldn't see the actual arrow. It would make sense for it to point to Liz when he holds it since he does seem to have actual feelings for her in that one. Ha ha..... I just like that Liz really wants Jack.

so at first jack/liz thought it was just a horny thing. just a kiss maybe and the temptaion wil go..but it prooves otherwise.

it goes beyond sex, they just want eachother to explore spiritually not exactly sexually. they want to know what its like to have eachother and share the most deeply feelings.

i know that was cheesy but it seems to me that they dont exactly want sex, the just want eachother to have and to hold and to be together as an actual couple

I think it will be interesting in the third movie..if say, for examply she did just kiss him to trick him and chain him to the mast. Intially. Then after the kiss...she is like "OMG" I knew I was attracted to him, but no kiss, not one single one I ever shared with Will, made me tingle throughout my whole body"....that's why she goes in for the second one, but then her common sense kicks in and says "remember your mission"...so in Movie 3...she secretly knows that kiss meant so much more to her than anything she has ever shared with WIll and she can't get it out of her mind....yet at the same time she is denying those feelings because she doesnt' think it could work with Jack and she doesn't want to hurt Will....then....things develop...

so tia could also offer him AGAIN immortality yada yada ooorrr to use the power to revive liz and be with the woman he loves.

of course tia will try to manipulate/seduce jack saying that liz loves will and she left him to die to face the kraken and bla bla. I think the MAYOR twist will be something we normaly dont see jack do..and its probably him declining the immortality offer and choose the life with liz..OMG!! YES!! IM BEING POSITIVE AGAIN!! maybe Jack and Liz will live happily every after in the immortal world...LOL, and once Ragetti masters the Bible he can perform the mar-ri-age ceremony...
