Yes isn't he cute. The chupacabra was first sighted in Puerto Rico in 1995. I was leaving in PR at that time I remember people were going crazy. A lot of farm animals would appear every day all around the island with a small incision around the neck area and their blood were completely sucked out. It was crazy.
