I have one question, How can wally west move faster than the speed force, the very thing that powers him? That is like saying the surfer can amp himself up more powerful than galactus, when surfer's power is really Galactus' own.

Black Flash can literally be every where. If speedsters all over the universe are dying at the same time, then yeah, black flash has everyone beat as he is fast enough to be in all those places at one time.

he is as fast as he needs to be in order to catch someone

Wait a second. If he's always just fast enough to CATCH someone. wouldn't that mean that he never actually passes them? Serious question, I'm not being sarcastic.

well BF has such a limited appearence its hard to tell but if you look at this scan http://img208.echo.cx/my.php?image=flash141p015qq.jpg

it says "no matter how fast you are, black flash is always faster."

I do believe so. But only because he doesn't NEED to pass them, once he catches them...they're gone.

But you are indeed correct. The Black Flash will exceed any speedster's speed in order to catch said speedster, but will never actually pass that speedster.

In response to Galan: Yes, the Black Flash is faster, but only because he has to be faster in order to CATCH UP. He chases down the speedster, remember? Said speedster has a head start, his displacement is already growing, so the Black Flash must attain a higher velocity to make up for the difference in displacement.

Yes, but wouldn't that mean that he's faster UNTILL he catches them(and they die), then his speed resets as he goes after the next one? So he would be able to tie anyone, but not beat them?

from what we have seen that is true, but isnt it fair to say that if he can catch a speedster with realitive ease that he could just as easily pass them? i mean the only reason he dosent is because he slows down to kill the speedster

true indeed, but remember that they are just racing, any other powers these characters have (other then speed) mean nothing, its just a flat out race

Yes he goes faster, but ONLY till he catches them. So he would still only be able to tie for first.

thats iffy, i see what your saying, but if a speedster that BF needed to kill was waiting at the finish line, then who do you think would win?

Then he'd probably win. See he has a higher TOP speed than anyone else, but he can't utilize it to the fullest in something like a race.

exactly, that is where my decision is confused, but id still think its between Zoom and BF

lol, but they are all so fast, savitar is faster then flash, and the runner moves at near infinate speeds...... im still thinking Zoom should take this along with BF 😉

Well then i quess Runner wins the match... I meant to say Runner not flash in above post.. BF kills all of em cept Runner... or it could be a tie between BF and Runner...
