Not really. Russia is in Europe and Asia so...we don't really have that openeness. Black Sea is a Sea, we are thinking more along the lines of ocean.

Technically, Hispanic is a reference to the Island of Hispaniola, which would make a 'hispanic' either Hatian or Dominican. Kind of like calling a Welshman 'English'. They are rightfully angry, but for the wrong reason.
Sometimes I lose faith in my Spanish-speaking bretheren. Too many of them are ignorant of their own heritage, and if they can't educate others on their own heritage, who is going to?
