You do realize that Hulk didn't feel like fighting at all? If he was in for a fight, he would not have gotten weaker. He literally said that he was tired of him and that he hoped that he wouldn't bother him anymore.

It was Hulk who initiated the fight and he had a supersized dose of rage going beforehand. He got weaker because he'd just been smashed to the ground by one of the Juggernaut's hits. It wasn't a major deal or anything and Hulk did recover, I'm just saying that's more than Hercules has ever done to the Hulk.

In the other fight, Prof. Hulk didn't even realize who he was fighting (despite the the fact that he was feeling his punches). He wasn't trying to beat him down like Juggernaut was.

Uhm no, he wanted to stop Juggernaut from killing those innocent people. Juggernaut knocked him down because he landed on top of him while he didn't expect it. He was calm when that happened. Plus, he still wasn't in the mood. It wasn't until later that he got really angry and easily overpowered him. And even then he didn't particularly feel like fighting.
I do agree, though, that Juggernaut is a much greater challenge than Hercules.

He didn't assume it, he knew it because the Hulk hit him aferward and felt Hulk's blow was weaker than before.

You also have to take into consideration that Hulk hit him after he was knocked down from a sneak attack when he thought the fight was over.
