Bottom line, with no cis and no pis, Cap has shown he can throw his shield 3-5 faster then a missle and slice right through it.
Also its been shown on panel that his shield is razor sharp, its a mix of vibranium and adamantium.
Hes also sliced in half other characters with it before.
Asside from that as the scans have shown, Ben is very open to pressure points, and Im sure Cap knows plenty of those.
WIthout blood lust I say Cap 6/10 as he has shown on panel he can take 5 blows from teh hulk and still keep fighting
with blood lust I say Cap 7-8/10
P.S. A thunder clap isnt going to work on cap, have you read civil war 4? Tony did some thing worse to cap then that, and Cap got right back up.

Thunder Clap >>> Sonics 😐
A Thunder Clap is basicly a localized Sonic Boom with force.
Several Thunderclaps will put Cap down, and thats when Ben just chucks him to the moon.
Same method as when fighting Wolverine
