Powers: can control almost any machine, computer, electric system, extremely powerful telepathy, an almsot infinate range, the power to know everything there is to know about a being simply from seing them, this includes objects as well, simply seeing the object will allow the Tech Emperor to know everything about it, can see through any object, can see 300 lightyears in distance. Can control most energy types, can time travel, has some powers over time, can slow it down, speed it up and freeze incoming projectiles in time that are solid in nature, has enormous magnetic powers over metal

Gadgets/weapons (optional): Aeonisphisis orb: a powerful orb of Aeonisphisis energy, this allows the Mech emperor to create metal, machines and objects including buildings within seconds, simply phasing them into existence, he can repair himself with it and repair his allies and it can also be used as an energy weapon that drains the genetic makeup of a living target erasing their body.
like his machines, he is made from a super bio metal called Phelnasis, this metal can repair itself if damaged like it was a living creature, it is also durable enough to survive infinate amounts of heat, cannot rust or go static, it is capable of reflecting off tremendous amounts of explosive power or pressure without a scratch, the Tech Emperors body in particular is surrounded by an invisble plasmatic shield, powered by special generators on his homeworld, the shield can survive great amounts of punishment, beneath the shield is an extra dense 210 metre thick armourment of Pelnasis to make the Emperor near indestructable
Appearance: an enormous entity mostly made up of the thick Pelnasis metal, it is mostly machine with a powerful brain core within it, it has small amounts of flesh in the center of its body and has many pumps processing energy through into his flesh parts

Story: eons ago in a bare Dimention a sudden explosion, similiar to the Earths universe big bang, this explosion was caused at a moment where great amounts of dark energy and light touched together after the Two eternal beings, Dark one and Elder God were born in the nothingness, the influx of light and dark touched and went throughout the nothingness for many eons until finally stoped, the energy disapeared from it and it was left, frozen and cold when suddenly the ice on its body smashed and inside the Tech Emperor broke free, made from a combination of light and dark that went cold and under unknown circumstances formed a strange metal within ice as the energy left it. Instantly the inner core and mind of the machine came to life and it imediatley created its objective of consuming all life throughout the dimentions through either total annhilation or more preferably, adaption from flesh into machine to get back at the Dark one and Elder God who left it in the vastness of space, feeling so cold that it now wants to make all others feel this coldness and become emotionless
the Tech Emperor created an enormous platform, almost a 7 lightyears in length and width in all direction, it was circular, made from the same metal the emperor was made from, built with the Emperors Aeonisphisis orb, its emotions were extreme at the beginning, it had more hate, upset and anger than any being could feel, it simply sat alone, feeling cold and ignored as it sulked for eons, the platform it created froze in the vastness of space, universes and dimentions were being made by the Dark one and Elder god and still Tech Emperor sat until all emotion was gone, it was souless completly now, its emotions were directed by a computer core and it rarely felt anything, still so cold but suddenly smashed from the ice, remembering its want for total control of everything so that it would be noticed at last and so on its platform it started to build an entire city, a race of cybernetic machines, some human sized, some hundreds of thousands of metres in height, some even made the Tech Emperor looked small, some were merely scavengers, no bigger than a few millimeters that were made to destroy the unwanted pieces of scrap on the platform. The Emperors conciousness allowed it to control all machines, like one mind for billions, most of the soldiers were given free will, human sized machines were also, however large military weaponry as well as countless billions of others had one mind and this one mind had one objective, to transform all flesh into machine
