Why do you end all your post with "is it comprehensible....."?
X-Men 3 blew chunks, that movie was an insult to the loyal fans of the franchise, me being one of them. I'm still angry over it. Good news though, they are making a Wolverine movie, hopefully they'll get Bryan Singer or Sam Raimi to direct, those two can make a decent superhero flick, unlike the douche bag in X-Men 3.

lets hope Singer isnt obsessed about Wolverine from his childhood memories and makes a shit movie like what happened to Superman Returns. I prefer X3 over singers x1 and x2, only cuz Beast, and other things like danger room, more mutants.
and raimi isnt that great of a director.

Question... InnerRise may i ask why do you say is it comprehensible in every post you do?
But sadly, there is not as far as I know. So he'll just have to write it in every message he posts.
And he'll have to confuse anyone who doesn't know he does this. For they will disregard all of his posts, thinking, "Is what comprehensible?"

Didn't Singer have a dispute with Fox and that's why he didn't direct X3 like he was contracted to? He'll probably do another Superman movie, not Wolverine.I'm looking forward to Wolverine. It'll be about his origins, and that'll make an interesting flick.
yeah Singer was thinking about directing another superman sequel even before Superman Returns was out in theatres, as well as a Batman vs Superman movie
I am also an x-men fan so I ordered the special collector's edition dvd because it comes with a special commerative book by Stan Lee. Some of these are autographed ... which I thought was pretty interesting. The trilogy box set is also available but I haven't ordered it yet. I'm a real movie fan of all genres so I appreciate all the hard work that goes into acting, producing, directing, and writing screenplays. They work hard so we can enjoy their projects in our spare time.

Wait. You bought the collector's edition of X3 and plan on buying the box set still?
Halle Berry is the last thing i'd buy this movie for (actually, no, second last, after james marsden)...
berry dirtied her bib with me big time over the x-men movies, so i have no love for her at all...
i have the first two, and i'll admit i liked parts of the movie, so i think i'll be completing the set...
I finally got this movie. It came in the mail over the weekend. I still like it a lot.
I liked the extras as well. I think they should have kept some of the deleted scenes in the movie.
I loved how one time, Bret commented on how he shortened the fight scene at Jean's House b/c it was too long. The whole movie was too short so where does he get off saying a certain part was too long. It would have been better if he had kept some of the scenes in the movie.
At one point he even said how he wished he had kept a certain scene or scenes in the movie and that he made a mistake. UGH.
As I mentioned earlier, the fight sequence at Jeans' house was good and they shouldn't have shortened it. I liked STORM'S extra fighting with her lightening.
They did say however if they had kept the part where STORM shoots lightening into Wolverines claws to electricute Juggernaut, they would have been laughed at. Oh well.
Good movie still though.
I did notice that some stuff that was in the actual Movie in Theaters was taken out in the DVD movie and put in deleted scenes. I don't know why they did that. I thought as I was watching the movie that some things didn't feel right and later found out b/c they took some stuff out on the DVD and put them in Deleted Scenes so.....oh well again.
The alternate endings weren't as big a thing as everybody was making them out to be. In my opinion they should have used the scene where Rogue keeps her powers instead of the other one. But if they make another movie where they get their powers back, as Magneto seemed to be doing then it's all good.
I did watch at the end closely to see if he actually moved his chess piece b/c I missed it during the movie in theaters, but yes he did move it a bit. It was so little and the camera went off so abruptly in the movie that I missed it the first time I watched in theaters.
Although I stayed after the credits in the movie to see the extra scene, i forgot to on the DVD. I want to see it again, so I'll have to be sure to watch it next time.
Hopefully there will be another X-men Movie. I'm not done yet.
EDIT: What's on the Bonus Disc that Wal-Mart sells?
is it COMPREHENSIBLE.....

I say this having not watched the deleted scenes yet (except for the alternate endings).

Since it does say "PG-13" on the cover, I doubt they would've went through all the trouble to take scenes OUT and resubmit it to the MPAA. And still put those scenes in the deleted scenes area.

The school one was the same thing as the ending left in the movie, just in a different location.
The Rogue one was interesting, but the one left in the movie is better. Storm was saying all that "There's nothing to cure. You're just fine," when it's easy for her to say. She's not blue and hairy. She doesn't put people into a coma when she touches them. There are certainly many mutants that want the cure, and Rogue should be among the top. To suddenly change her mind is quite unexpected.
The Wolverine ending I thought was interesting, but better left out of the movie. It gave me a feeling that over three movies, nothing was accomplished because Wolverine is back where he started.
