Thus you both must join pinkies and make a wish.

You state that the one true god is the god of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. Funny, because that's the same on that Jews and Muslims worship

All I ask you to do is substantiate it this as I have copiously done. You know...children go back and forth saying that something is true or not true. But we are adults and we should give clear cogent support for what we think/believe.

Essentially the Bible tells you that your God is the right one and everyone elses isn't.

The Jews don't believe Jesus was God's son, yet they clearly worship the Christian God, or the Christians worship the Jewish God - I don't see why both can't be worshipping the Muslim God, or the Muslims the Jewish God... and so on.

Essentially it is just technical issues that make the followers of each religion believe their God is unique and no way comparable to the other two.

Oh my God, how the hell are you denying that the 3 religions worship the same invisible, omnipresent, omnipotent old man who spoke to Abraham etc....

Please, its the same damn God.

The Muslims don't believe he's God's son either; they just believe that he was one of God's favorite prophets.

Jesus Christ is mentioned by name 93 times in the Koran and even speak to Mohammed.

Exactly, when infact its the same damn God.

There is nothing technical about allah (the moon god. idol) not being the same god as the God of the Jews and Christians. Allah states in his Qu'ran in a number of places that he does not have a son. On the contrary, the Bible (the Word of the true God) states in the Old Testament and New Testament in many places throughout Scripture that God does indeed have a Son. That is a big contradiction, not technicality. Deal with it, they are not the same God.

You can't substantiate things by quoting religious texts. You use religious texts to bolster opinions, not facts. Judaism, Islam, and Christianity are all the religions of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. Abraham was told that his children would be as numerous as the stars in the sky. That's because the children of his children founded the three monotheistic faiths. So therefore, they all worship the same god, in spirit if not in detail.

Yes they are.

Read the Koran -aka- The Bible: Full Throttle.

Which was the point I was making. The Old Testament is dervied from Jewish scripture, the Jews were God's chosen people in it. They worshipped him, but not Jesus - so it seems logical that the Jewish God is the Christian God - the debate is about Jesus.

The Muslims have links to Christianity, but once again Jesus is a big sticking point. I don't know why it is inconceivable that if God existed he might be the same in all religions.

Certainlt scholars of late think a key to easing tensions between Muslims and Jews is through religion - the link of Abraham since he is a feature all three religions share, in the same form.

Still using the old moon God line?

Okay...okay...your fictional myth is not the same as the Muslim fictional myth....

I find it childish when people argue over whose fairy tale is true 🙄

So. He is never mentioned as the Son of Allah because Allah is not God. Jesus Christ is called or refrerred to as simply a prophet in the Qu'ran. But in the Bible Jesus is called the Son of God. Allah and the God of the Bible are not the same God. Deal with it.

Yeh they are, you just don't want to believe they are, which is childish. Deal with it.

They aren't the ones that have something to deal with. They're in touch with reality.
