In JSA #12 Extant rewrote the universe in a second.
Wanda's power works like a wave moving outward. In House of M #1 the X-men and Avengers are flying back to genosha and they see a wave comming at them.
Extant has made many copies of himsef in JSA and Zero Hour.
Your way over reaching with her abilities, She can only effect Reality. The fact that most people believed her new reality isnt mind control its a natural effect that in the DCU or Marvel Universe when reality is altered people's mind fold into the new reality.

In JSA 11-13 Extant remakes the universe. Metron stated that he could erase the beggining of life itself in the Universe.
Normal Extant could lose to Wanda, Cosmic Extant would erase he ever being born.
