CAUSALITY is the relationship between cause and effect.

Meaning, she can change the Past the Present and the Future, by altering a Cause to achieve a different Effect (she had mastery over time and reality).

That says nothing about time altering. She doesnt alter time. She simply alters current reality and everyone's minds adapt to it.

The same thing happened after Crisis on Infinite Earths. Reality was reorded, But in an issue of Flash he was abel to travel back in time to before it happened.

No she simply altered reality so that the arrow and wound went away. he still shot her.

If you alter reality, you alter more or less everything about you altered.

E.G. Blink someone out of existence, you erase them from time. Therefore altering time, no?

Blinking them out of existance doesnt alter time. Cause you can still go back to before it happened.
