Screwing around with your own family member is gonna cause some problems. If you want to **** your mother, go right ahead, but please, sterilise yourselves first so you don't give birth to two headed babies.

Birth defects are more common when the baby is created from an incestious relationship but it's far from gaurenteed and the chance for a healthy child is still many times greater.

It's wrong in the sence that you should NOT have a baby with your sister...Trust me, I live in Tennessee and ive seen the crazy genetic trash that Imbreeding causes....Freaks of nature, you see them everywhere i feel sorry for them...some of them will straight up tell you that they are the result of imbreeding.
Just google seach some of the horrible pics of imbreeds if ya don't believe me.

What people do privately is soley up to them... but if any children result they could have serious physical and mental ailments.

It's also just... creepy. Like, seriously.
