I go to a small church with about 200 congregants. We are Messianic Christians who believe in the literal interpretation of the Scriptures...and our tenets are Baptistic and not Pentecostal. We do not believe in signs and wonders...but only in what the Bible has to say...because we don't need signs and wonders to valid what God has to say in His Word. Too, we do not know when the Rapture will occur...but we know it is NEAR...and we also know that the unbelieving world mocks and scoffs us...but, then, the apostle Peter said that would happen and it IS happening just as he said it would [i.e., right on this board]:
"Knowing this first, that there shall come IN THE LAST DAYS scoffers, walking after their own lusts, and saying, 'Where is the promise of His coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.' For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, PERISHED: But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the DAY of JUDGMENT and PERDITION of ungodly men" [2 Peter 3:3-7].
My prayer for you is that you ARE serious about wanting to know about Jesus Christ...and that by knowing you would be SAVED from the WRATH that is about to take place in this unbelieving and evil world.

You keep threatening this great "COMING", I'm letting you know; with 100% certainty that you'll be dead and buried (or equivalent) before the "Rapture" comes... because it isn't coming.
