Reviewing this carefully,
I sincerely believe the Alpha/Omega is one project,
while the Brothers is another.
Because if we take the context of this narration and compare the details,
we get,
the LT already spinning the Alpha/Omega in his hand before he deals with the Brothers.
Then ... "a Hand" will soon open.
It seems to me,
that the A/O has always been spinning in his hand in the narrative context
and Now, that same hand will open, and a new (or other) project will take place (Brothers)

I know what it means, but it doesn't say he was holding an Omniverse. In bios it's also mentioned two Megaverses and not an Omniverse.
Why then simply isn't mentioned it was an Omniverse, but rather 2 Megaverses.
Except if Marvel=two Megaverses, which I really doubt, because it would simply be mentioned as an Omniverse. Except that he was indeed holding two Megaverses and not more.
And one panel about suggesting, assuming two Megaverses=Marvel creation isn't enough, because there were more instances about whole Omniverse on panel.
