Eh nothing Hulk could do to Buu to really hurt him at all so I'd go with Buu.

Well Pein hasn't really shown any great ability except to rapidly summon things though if it's regular Jean Grey she may be able to just do what X does to Itachi and win...PF Jean wipes out all of the Akatsuki so I'll take it you mean normal Jean though but she still wins.
