goku he has superhuman speed(light speed or faster IMO)

kenshin also has superhuman reflexs, but i dont know comic green arrow that well. ima give to kenshin.

golden age superman couldnt fly at all. ichigo can. plus he has blasts that could destroy cities. ichigo ftw

cyborg superman probably kills dbz verse, but vegito ssj2 and gotenks may stand a chance

Karate Kid was human but because of his mega Kung-fu plot devise, he could survive Pre Crisis Superboy. They said he mastered every single martial art EVER, in the 31st Century, including Alien ones, he had Super human Reflexes, enough so that he could avoid a Pre Crisis Speedblitz. He uses what is cleverly named Super Karate. KK ftw IMO

Kenshin. His speed is way to fast for Green Arrow it doesn't matter if he has trick arrows or not he wouldn't have the time to use them.

Cyborg could win it though it may not be easy.

Kenshin Himura and Vash the Stampede vs Deathstroke the Terminator

I want to say Kenshin and Vash but stuff I've seen Slade do is very impressive. Without Slade using prep I think Vash or Kenshin could do it alone but if Slade can prep for them he would be able to do it..

If slade had prep it would be a stomp, I think that He still wins 7/10 because of his insane reflexes and healing factor

Can he heal from being obliterated by a blast that can put a huge hole in the moon? Not that Vash would use it but still. Or having his head cut off. Also not something Kenshin would really do but still it could happen. I think they have the speed to put him down though I can see him taking them down also but I don't think for the majority.
