Well I do recall Goku getting hit by a blast from Raditz and didn't even try to dodge it. There could be more to that.
Superman can move at lightspeed during a fight. He's done it before. Goku has never done that.
Oh and before you say something like "flight speed don't count", I just like to remind you that flight speed can be used for combat. Superman's done it, Wonder Woman's done it, heck even Goku's done it.

His clothing wasnt fazed by the blasts, he outran it and I am pretty sure he said that he outran it. Then if we use your logic, him tanking that blast is very impressive since you said that DBZ characters get hurt by blast that cause small craters. Since we are on the subject, have a question.
Which blast do you think is more powerful? The nuke that picollo used during the tournament against Goku that leveled the island or the blast that hit Cell (Kameha from Goku) and ripped his armor?

I agree, I do think they are light speed characters but I also think they are above light speed at times since during the middle of Dragonball, I thought of them as light speed characters. And what makes this much more impressive is that frieza was hitting Goku hard as hell at high speeds and he was still able to keep up with the ball. That feat was much more greater than the one you showed, MUCH more greater. Then I showed you goku outracing a blast that he shot out of the water that went out of orbit in no time.

Rock Lee doesnt have the strength to hit a body at extreme speeds like Frieza can. Goku body was going extremely fast when frieza hit him due to his strength and frieza was still able to keep up with him, rock lee hits wasnt that strong, since, well, rock lee isnt that strong. I'm pretty sure if frieza was to punch Goku body and Rock lee had to keep up with the body that was punched by Frieza, he wouldnt be able to do it, not even close and I know he wouldnt be able to do it in the fashion Frieza did it.

Actually you didn't. You claim he said he saw the "entire fight" but that was never stated. He obviously didn't see the part where Supes was moving at lightspeed. That's something even you admitted.
Also Superman took Darkseid to the sun in just a few seconds when they were fighting, remember?

What I claimed was that the fight was recorded when Wonder Woman and Superman arrived at the sun which is shown on the scan that I showed you. Them flying to the sun wasnt recorded because the recorded started when Superman punched Wonder Woman BACK to earth. So that wasnt a light speed feat.
Ironman flew to the sun right behind Sentry, I guess Ironman can combat at light speed. 🙄
Everyone has space flight feats under their belts, thats why it isnt interesting or any kind of solid proof that someone can fight at a certain speed.
The sad thing is we have on panel proof of Superman saying that Earths gravity take its toll on his powers.

I think this lean towards what I was saying about the way DBZ characters shoot their energy. Its quite simple if you think about it. Just because a blast have more destructive energy doesnt mean that it is more powerful. Example, Nappa finger blast, I'm pretty sure Goku would laugh that off even though the blast was atomic scale (and I'm referring to black hair Goku when he first arrived on Namek) but we have Frieza shooting finger blast that does not cause any type of explosion but Goku feared being hit by it. I'm pretty sure if Nappa tried that finger explosion on Goku, Goku would just stand there in the middle of it with a smile on his face.

The rock lee feat is irrelevant because again, Rock lee doesnt have the strength to make the feat as impressive as DBZ characters. Example, look at this one small scene. It starts at 45 seconds and end at 51 seconds. I'm pretty sure that Rock Lee nor Superman can pull that speed feat off and Superman NEVER his entire career showed that he can do that.
