Everyone has space flight feats under their belts, thats why it isnt interesting or any kind of solid proof that someone can fight at a certain speed.

That time that they made it to the sun wasnt recorded by max, its just that simple just like the Ironman making it the sun scene, both wasnt recorded so we have no time to caculate to say that its a light speed combat feat.
How do I know Ironman made it there at light speed? How do YOU know that Superman made it there at the speed of light since it was never recorded for both Ironman and Superman?
There is no faster than light speed feat, its pretty simple, there is nothing in space to hold them down so its pretty easy to fly extremely fast in space. Give Goku the ability to breath in space, I am pretty sure that he would make it to planet Namek in no time at all. I put up a scan proving your case about space flight a long time ago, another example.... Vulcan flew to the Shiar Empire in a week which is on the other side of the Galaxy, a more powerful Vulcan was about to get sniped and was about to die (because his reaction wasnt fast enough and he didnt even see the bullet that was in his face) until Gladiator interveined and grabbed the bullet before it hit.
Where is the on panel proof about Superman admitting that earth gravity take its toll on his powers? HHHHMMMM, look at the mongul jr training, the part where mongul is asking Superman to look into space with his telescopic vision, read what Superman say and the reason why he wasnt able to do it then come back to me when you are done reading it.

The rock lee feat is irrelevant because again, Rock lee doesnt have the strength to make the feat as impressive as DBZ characters. Example, look at this one small scene. It starts at 45 seconds and end at 51 seconds. I'm pretty sure that Rock Lee nor Superman can pull that speed feat off and Superman NEVER his entire career showed that he can do that.

No, thats not why I said that. I said that it wasnt like the feat I showed you because we didnt see Superman after the punch. It wasnt like the feat that I showed you all all since Goku completely disappeared and the only time we really see Superman after punching darkseid (took the camera completely off of him) is when he fly in front of darkseid with another punch.
