Saint of Killers vs Alucard - SoK's one - hit kill doesn't work on undead, but he's indestructible and has unlimited ammo, so it's just a matter of time before all of Alucard's familiars die and then he does too

Yes but he was unable to kill Cassidy instantly (because Cassidy was a vampire - undead)

technicalities and plot devices in vertigo do not mean alucard will survive. i mean he killed GOD for heavens sake.

He couldn't kill Cassidy because he was already dead. That was stated.
