Tsunade beats Thing mostly due to her nerve-scrambling move. Other than that, I don’t see what she could do to him.

And Sinestro beats Goku without too much trouble.

When has Tsunade ever demonstrated super speed? Thing can thunderclap.... that takes her out easily.

Some of Toriyama's comedic non - serious characters from mangas like Dr. Slump were pretty powerful.
