Second of all, it devastated most of the universe (which was impressive), but it didn't actually destroy the spacetime of the universe itself, which was what would be required to kill Z with only 2 LHWs. With 5, he is 8 times more powerful (LHW formula). I've covered this already. Also, that's durability, and not offensive power. When he shows the offensive power to destroy a universe (destroy the spacetime itself, not just most/everything in it), then I'll admit he could beat Z.

Brolly is under super saiyan 2. He has powerful feats but there wasnt any reason for any other fighter to do what he did. What you all fail to realize is that z warriors know how to read power levels. If they say a blast is going to be that strong then it should be that strong since they can feel the power that the blast possess.
You all fail to realize this and thats why you throw what was said in dbz away. Vegeta while fighting goku said that he was going to shoot a blast that was going to destroy the planet. If the blast hit the planet it would have destroyed it because again z warriors can feel the power that a blast possess. Brolly by far is one of the weakest character on and after the cell saga. When goku got out of the hyper bolic time chamber he was stronger then brolly. Goku has the ability to repeat that solar system destroying feat that brolly have done but what reasons does goku let alone any other hero or villian have to destroy anything the size of a solar system.

Isn't this the same argument that DBZ fans use when they say yelling to open a dimension is somehow more impressive than doing it some other way? It doesn't really make sense.

It's not nearly as impressive as it used to be. Darkseid and Highfather did it once by combining their power, and that was made to be a huge deal. But now it happens all the time.

No, but as I've already explained, his strongest powers are defensive.

Easily blocking Ryo-Ohki with one hand, who was previously shown to be able to plow straight through a planet-size spaceship with ease? Not to mention that Fuku, who is basically a weaker version of Ryo-Ohki, has as much energy as a small universe.

I've never see him do any of these. I know he can travel to other dimensions and universes, but I've never seen him teleport or time travel. I could be wrong though, so please provide me with scans if you have them.

You really need to stop debating dbz because you know nothing of the characters. Non super sayan 2 goku that fought cell was more powerful then brolly. I do agree brolly is powerful and brolly does have a nice feat but thats a feat that no other villian ever wanted to do. Brolly is as crazy and ruthless as you can get but he has a brain unlike kid buu. Kid buu never wanted to destroy a universe, he wanted to fight and thats why he was going planet to planet destroying everything because he was looking for goku. Brolly destroyed a solar system and I do think that he can destroy more then that but he isnt anywhere near a super saiyan 2 power. anything from perfect cell to super sayan 2 gohun has the ability to one shot him. He wont last a minutes or even a millisecond against any one of them if they are going all out.
