No, but Goku is many many folds more powerful then planet busters, so by logic, Goku is easily one as well.

Wonder woman has beaten planet busters many times. Shes regarded as slightly below Superman, who's punches have been described as planet busting while holding back.

superman beating goku is doubtful for me. aside of superhuman strength and lightspeed moves, he still has a teleportation. also, he's capable of destroying earth since cell saga. in dragon ball GT era, he could toy with cell and freeza even without SSJ form. he's far stronger than before. superman can't win this.

In GT bebi's most powerful blast could barely scratch a planet. SSJ4 Goku struggled to lift a city block, got impaled by a flag pole, almost got defeated by a heat based dragon with a temperture of 6000 degrees and almost got defeated by having his limbs frozen.

Well apart from thr major fact that GT isnt canon !! Bebi could destroy a planet without trying !!Ssj4 Goku struggeled to lift a sky scraper/city block because in DBZ/GT they always show them havign difficulty with eally heavy weights, only things like cars and buses seem to ebdone with ease ! Plus in one dub Nova says hat his body temp is 6000 degees, yet in another verion he says ( and on wikiepedia it sasy) that his body is hotter than the sun! which is 10,000 degrees !!

The other dude mentioned GT, he was simply telling how pathetic the characters were in GT.
