Judging by the sound of the move "Thunder Clap" I think Sasuke should be able to dodge it. Seeing as Sasuke is faster than supersonic waves pre-timeskip with Shunshin.
With the genjutsu. Sasuke has showed to calm down Juugo who when he gets pissed off turns into a horrfiying murdering machine. Also Genjutsu can do a number of things. Render the person usueless making them stand still and calming down. It's basically confinded by the users mind.
But what is thunderclap like though. BEcause from what I have seen its a sound wave.

How does anything that happened prove it was light speed? Thor doesn't alway swing his hammer at light speed so just because he can doesn't mean he was when there is nothing suggesting he was. Not unless you want to start saying that everybody Superman fights has super speed also because Superman is hit even though Superman isn't even suggested to be using speed but it's known he can move faster than he does.

Didn't Juugo calm down because Sasuke was like Kimimaro? Hulk has overpowered attacks that were suppose to keep him still, and mind attacks. Sasuke isn't going to do anything but make him madder if he tries to keep him from moving and Hulk will overpower it. If he can calm him Sasuke will win but I don't see that happening. Nothing short of that will work.

I got a question now. if someone breaks the sound barrier. Do they get effected by sound. I always was under the assumption once Your in supersonic your not effect by sound and you dont hear it.

Even assuming that did happen though I don't think you'd be unable to hear there is still the shockwave to be hit with and the fact Sasuke would have to be moving and know what the attack was.

Also....I dont think Sasuke is dumb enough to just watch A Huge Green Monster perform a move on him. He most likely will use weapons to slow him down and or Disable him. Hulk has very high resistance to psychics which can do the same thing, and he's overpowered things that have tried to control him. There are really only two things I can think that could calm Hulk down also. Sasuke trying to be his friend and Betty though Sasuke really wouldn't know either one.
What are weapons going to do? They sure won't slow him down at all and Hulk's dodged a rocket from near point blank range. Then there is the fact that Hulk doing a thunderclap could potentially reflect the weapons back if they don't hit and bounce of him first. Chidori isn't going to work, and getting that close would be the death of Sasuke because while it would probably stab Hulk since it pierced Gaara's sand when needles that could stab through steel were unable to he'd have his hand stuck in Hulk...and Hulk would heal around Sasuke's arm. Fire isn't going to hurt, and while Amaterasu would burn him it wouldn't kill him. Sasuke doesn't have the strength to ko him either.

genjutsu from what it seems. Works very differently than actual telekenesis. Genjutsu manipulates the energy/chakra in the body and the senses enabling illusions, hipnoisis,and the ability to control someone. Also has the ability to supress the inner beast.
Weapons would work if Chidori works. Sasuke can run chidori giving it its properties and increasing the cutting capacity to its fulless having it run through steel like it not even there. And once it peirces the body it numbs it completely. Sasuke can also run Regular chidori and extend it into a pure Chidori chakra blade up to 15 meters. And if Sasuke uses Amaterasu Which is black flame as hot as the sun that burns for7 days and nights. And burns through anything the user focus's on. Couldn't it burn him to ash and then burn the ashes.
Also. Can The Hulk with Stand a collection of lightning bolts coming down on him in the size area of good size building. I know Hulk has fought thor. But did he take Natural lightning from the heavens. Just wondering.
