yes. when galactus is weaker, he is smaller, such as the time he came to earth and got his ass kicked, he was only about 15 feet tall. because he was hungry. really, i thought this was common knowledge.

No it isn't, During the Infinity War he came to earth, he had just fed and he was no bigger then a standard skyscraper. And he took on and defeated Dr Strange.

Galactus survives a planets explosion; he's right in the middle of it.

But yet when Aegis and Tenebrous injured and beat him in Annihilation he didnt get any smaller:

So that part of the argument is up to debate, but here in the forum we are supposed to use the current versions of the characters unless otherwise stated, and the Annihilation series is the most current version of Galactus we have, so you be the judge. 😉

Well my example form the infinity war proves he can be any size he wants.

Also weakened here but at the same size

Look, this is very simple, Phoenix is essential to the universe, and therefor, the OE WON'T WORK on her anymore than it will work on Supes. And before anyone says that she's been hurt by less than the OE, SO HAS SUPERMAN(like Toyman, Doomsday, and if you think about it, Darkseid's punches do less damage than the OE, and his punches work better against Supes).

And again you miss the point, hes not using it on the force but her mortal host and husk. Less powerful beams have done the job before.

I have to agree with Extant on this point,

the Phoenix Force is Essential to the Universe

but the Avatars are not.

Not even the White Phoenix of the Crown has the Full Force or carries out the duties of the True Phoenix Force, (like igniting Big Bangs cyclically when a Universe's time comes)

When DP creates a husk for it to use, that husk maybe comprized of DP's power but it still takes a mortal form.

We're not talking about a standard avatar. We're talking about the Phoenix Force itself, in a body made to LOOK like Jean's. Even mentally, it was only a COPY of Jean(who was at the bottom of whatever bay that was).
