Just because they can't directly affect each other doesn't mean they can't shoot out the support collumn that's holding all those tons of cement up. Doesn't mean they can't shoot through the floor. Doesn't mean they can't cause some sort of avalanche, burying their brother.
That's a better question - we know Cyke has the upperhand in close quarters - could Alex show more creativity than Cyclops?

You know what? I never considered that before, your right just cause their powers don't ework on each other don't mean they can't still use them.

How would you nullify Alex ability to turn his powers on himself and amping his strenght making him a lot stronger than Cykes.. Alex has alot more tactical option on this fight than Cykes.. How about blitzing him up in the air and drop him down when his high enough... or bring the fight to one of those highrises and bring it down on Cykes via omni directional blast, Cykes could blast through it but obviously some of the debris would fall on him while Havok has full shields protecting him...
IT would have to be a hand to hand combat fight. I've seen them go at it when the cartoon use ti come on and there powers did nothing to one another. But I'll go with cyclops. All he'll have to do is think of wolverine trying to sleep with Jean and take his rage out on lil bro King Kong aint got nothin on me crazy
Already done 300 times, and Cyke takes it very easily. Their powers don't work on each other, so it would be hand-to-hand, in which Havok is mediocre, while Scott is great. Also, if they were going to use his powers in different ways, Cyclops is a much better tactician and would know how to use them better. Cyke 10/10.

This how much punishments Havoks body can take, Thats Mimic w/
Collussos armor hitting him... His also fought Stronguy whose taken Captain Americas serum, he took a lot of punishment H2H but never went down not What if but Mutant X series and since its the real Havok its Canon..

Evil Havok possessing Havok body, but can pretty much do desame thing...
From the look of things Havok is far more durable/faster and more versatile in the use of his powers, Cyke might be slightly better in H2H/Tactician but Havoks not amateur, his lead X-factor, Mutant X and at one time X-men.. His got a lot better chances of winning this fight than Cyke...
