According to the stats they are basically equals...but we all know how accurate handbooks can be.

I'm enjoying this tread but you're wrong on the Spider-Woman vs. Spider-Man. It should be like this:

Intelligence: Spider-Man is superior
Strength: Spider-Man is superior (Spider-Man is about class 20 while Spider-Woman's lifting strength is around 7 tons)
Speed: Spider-Man is superior
Durability: Equal
Energy Projection: Spider-Woman is superior
Fighting Skills: Spider-Woman is superior

Like I said I'm enjoying this tread but I wanted to point that out.

Love SW, however my fave was the SW depicted with the original black costume who was in the Avengers.

So, just so I understand things correctly, Origin is canon and everything before then with High Evolutionary etc. was her HYDRA programming by Mentallo that she only recovered from after taking out the Athena project?
