wait till Alpha the Ultimate Mutant comes back

Since I hate uber-uber characters, I'm going to say either Exodus or Magneto. Both have well defined powersets and are solid characters. It's probably Franklin, though. Or Havok w/ Nexus, if he's allowed.

Um issue 3 page 16, the comment comes from its either Emma or Cyclops (my mistake).

"By your reasoning, we should kill any mutant with psychic powers or omega potential"

People need to keep in mind that Franklin is still a kid.

His powers are nowhere close to what they will be.

Being a kid only seems to affect his control over his powers not their scope.

And what are the use of massive reality altering powers w/o control?

Also he limits his own power.

That is basically what I was trying to express.

But I would say, the few times he unleashed those massive reality warping power was impressive. More so the HoM Wanda.

The point being you said that his powers are not close to what they will be, they are everything they will be in scope, because he doesn't have control and restraint he created pocket dimensions unconsciously, future adult versions of him with control and restraint have been caged and killed by sentinels, while the kid version destoryed Mephisto and reformed Galactus. The limits that he has placed on himself as a child stem from him learning restraint, from hearing others saying how dangerous he is and have been done subconsciously.
