Omega Red is weaker than Venom. And the special ability he got is to suck out life-force and some invulnerablity.
Venom on the other hand has shown to be much tougher than he is normally. He is famous of beating stronger opponents than himself.
In my opinion if Wolverine could stand up to him so can Venom. The Eddie Brock Venom.

you do realize he has superhuman reflex and agility.
you do realize he has tenticles that are more dnagers then doc ocks.
you doe realize he has superhuman durability
He has a healing factor
He a stilled fighter.

Venom has a healing factor, he is about class 50, has superhuman agility, stamina and durability.
I put my vote on him because Omega Red isn't really that great fighter. Plus we got speed and strenght and some other tricks on Venom's side.

Indeed, Venom was well over class 25 WAY before he ever merged with Carnage or his clone.
Venom being 50 tons isnt gonna help him much against Red. Once wrapped in the coils and Death Factor is applied, Venom isnt getting out. Talk about Speed. Hes caught up to Nightcrawler(also with help of Death Spores). Omega Red has had Colossus in the tentacles and he was unable to break free. And Red didnt even apply the Death factor.
Also, Reds armor and healing factor easily makes up for Venoms strength edge. I dont know why people think superior strength makes much of a difference here when it clearly does not.
And Rewmac states that Red isnt that great of a fighter? Are you serious? Red is easily on Wolvies level of h2h combat. Is the most skilled fighter? No, but hes highly proficient in the skills he does know. Easily better than most.

Now Omega Red vs Carnage would be a better fight.

No. Because Carnages life drain ability would even the odds. And how would Venoms tendrils get into Red brain? Red can be at a point where any contact with another life force automatically drains that lifes energies.
