To answer questions about Red losing, its true what capt it up said. IF he loses, its because he doesnt even use the Death Factor. Against the X-Men, they fled away from Red the first couple of times. Against Iron Man, Stark was lucky he wasnt in the suit, but he was controlling it from afar. Red put a giant hole through the armor completely in the heart area. Had Strak been in it, he would have died. Hes used the Death Factor a few times against Wolvie and thats about it. Everyone else usually gets the Phermones only.
Like stated before Red usually toys with his oponents because he knows hes superior to them in certain areas.

Wait so Venom, being at least a 50 tonner (and would most likely be using this strength frequently in the fight with such things as flying cars and debris being thrown everywhere)
Who is fast enough in both speed and reflexes to catch bullets and even nearly disembowel Scarlet Spider (who's spider-sense isn't blocked by venom) with one swipe, and he also has camoflage
Whos tendrils would probably outnumber his tentacles and also have more strength behind them since just a small tendril is strong enough to strangle spider-man unconscious, and probably kill him if Venom wanted
Who also has a ridiculous amount of durability when it comes to physical attacks (need I list them?)
Also has a healing factor with the symbiote on (it saved brock's life when he was shot with a shotgun while not wearing the symbiote)
Also the symbiote itself has no soul, so it's questionable if a life-drain would do anything to it.
